Hyogo is located in the Kansai Region of the main island of Honshu. It expands from the Sea of Japan to the Seto Inland Sea. Hyogo has a majestic castle called Himeji Castle. It’s often said the most beautiful palace and a World Heritage site. Kinosaki is an old charming hot spring resort with many willow trees alongside the river. Kobe is an important port city and is considered one of the most appealing big cities. It has a large historic China town. Kobe is the area known for Kobe Gyu beef. In addition to the excellent meat, Hyogo offers Akashi yaki, soba noodles, and somen noodles. The Capital is Kobe.
